I started dealing with Mr Tessitore about June of 2001 asking general things about how to get my Fiancée here and the Fiancée visa process in general as well as getting a plane ticket to go to Cebu City to meet my Fiancée. He was great through all that, every time I called Mr. Tessitore would always take time to talk with me, if I called and he could not answer his phone right away, he would always return my calls promptly even on Sundays and holidays!
In August upon my return from Cebu City, Philippines I paid their very reasonable Fiancée visa processing fee which at that time was $795.00 believe me for the service I got, this was a bargain. I believe the prices have increased since that time, but then so has everything else.
My Fiancée visa paperwork was prepared by Olvis and ready to go to immigration in less than three weeks. When I received the completed Fiancée visa package from Olvis I was astonished at the detail and professionalism of the preparation. When I received the visa package which, by the way, was sent by Federal Express (no post office for these guys) I was instructed by Mr. Tessitore to call him toll free at the Olvis Immigration and Travel office so that we could complete the signing process together and he could give me further instructions. When I called, Mr. Tessitore spent almost an hour with me on the phone to do the signing and explain the various steps in the process and what to expect. From this point on Mr. Tessitore and the Olvis staff took me and my Fiancée by the hand and walked us through the entire Fiancé visa process from start to finish.
When I first started the Fiancée visa Process with Olvis Immigration and Travel, Mr. Tessitore told me right up front, During this process he and the staff of Olvis would be there to help me and Annabell every step of the way, if you have a problem or question, just pick up the phone and call.
During this process I began to feel like Mr. Tessitore (Mike) and I were friends, he always had time for me, and to answer the many questions I had during the process.
During the time that my girl went for the various interview briefings at the Olvis office she was attended to in a very professional manner, the staff treated her more like a friend than a customer it was the same for me anytime I had a question I would call Mr. Tessitore (Sir Mike) as his friends and staff members call him.
When my girl went to the interview, the actual visa interview with the American Consular officer took less than 5 minutes. All he said was you have a well prepared and documented application.
I have noticed on the internet that there are a lot of do it yourself sites that tell you about how easy it is to do it yourself and then proceed to tell you how they did it all by themselves with no assistance. I also noticed on the internet a lot of horror stories from these same people that are telling you to do it yourself. Yes I know and knew at the time that I could probably do this myself but, did I really want to?? Did I want to take the chance of making a small mistake like so many others have done and have to start over, no way is it just like doing income taxes a real pain for something you only do ONCE and have no experience with.
Mikes service is for people that can afford the best, want a money back guarantee and want it done right the first time.
Annabell and I are happily married and attribute a lot of our success to Sir Mike and the staff at Olvis immigration and Travel in Cebu City.
Whenever we return to the Philippines, we always stop by the Olvis office and visit with Sir Mike and the staff for a few minutes. Olvis Immigration and Travel has been doing these visas for the last 25 years and I hope they will be around for another 25...
With Sincere appreciation for a job well done.
Mike and Annabell Bowers
